Stainless Japanese Paring Knife Handle Material:Pau Ferro 5" Western Style Chef KnifeThese paring knives are designed to with practicality and utility in mind. The blade shape is based on the Japanese santoku design which is a renowned design for its slicing capabilities. The knives are 1 16" thick at the spine and ground very thin so that they are very effective at slicing. The AEBL High Carbon Stainless Steel has been carefully heat treated to achieve the maximum capabilities of the steel to ensure lasting edge retention. Each knife
